“My last order took over a week to receive my Ink Toner Cartridges and my Toner ran out. I could not use my Copier for 3 days. I have had some of the Cartridges leak and when making Copies there are Black Lines on the Copies. Very disappointed and had to clean the Cartridges. Works for a few Copies then they leak again and have Lines on the Copies. Seems like the Cartridges aren't filled full and Run out fast. May have to look for another Source!”
“My delivery was later than expected. When I told customer service that i could have gotten the product quicker from amazon, they said cancel your order with us and order from amazon.”
“The shipping was fast, the price was right, but when I opened the package, the ink had leaked all over the inside of the plastic wrapper. I notified the store about it & asked for a replacement, but I haven't heard back yet. I can't really give a good assessment until this situation is rectified, so for now, it's only 3 stars.”
