“The toner runs out way too quick -- the warnings even come quicker that it's gone. This is a marketing gimmick and a bad one....we don't tolerate quick-ending supply.”
“I googled my printer model number adding the word “toner”. This company’s website appeared with a link to the toner. The price was right so I order it. It arrived and I proceeded to install the cartridges (color printer - multiple cartridges). Something wasn’t right - they weren’t fitting which I didn’t discover until I had two cartridges in and tried to close the cartridge door. I called the customer service line. The very nice and patient person informed me I had ordered the wrong toner and, since I’d already tried to install them (which required removing the protective strips) and because that was the part I had ordered (meaning they’d shipped what I’d ordered) they wouldn’t be able to refund my money although they would give me credit for the two uninstalled cartridges. I was also told, because I hadn’t “called them to confirm I had the right toner”, they weren’t responsible for the problem. Again, the person was very nice and patient but very firm in that it wasn’t their fault. Fortunately the price was much less than the other offers. I’ve returned the two unopened cartridges for credit to cut my losses. I accept responsibility but would like to say, in my defense, that every other time I’ve used this process i.e. googling the model number, following the link, etc., it has worked without incident. Now I know I also have to call the company to verify their website has the correct toner for the model googled. Lesson learned.”
“I have reported before that item received does not fit my printer. I have an Office Jet Series 3833 which uses HP63 cartridge. Received HP-63XL. Todte have not received response or solution.”
