“I didn't give it a 5 star because the magenta cartridge had a defect and kept jamming the paper. Had I not been a retired Xerox service engineer, I probably would not have been able to repair the defect. Would I buy toner from here again? In a heart beat.”
“The first color cartridge was defective. The color was "faded". I called customer service and the rep was very helpful in sending me a replacement at no cost and was sending a mailer to return the defective cartridge. I received the new color cartridge today but no mailer so I cannot return the defective cartridge. The second color cartridge is also defective. The colors have a bluish tone and hardly any red, green or sand color tones. The black cartridge works fine. If you send me a mailer I will gladly return both color cartridges so you can examine them to make necessary improvement. I would also gladly send samples of what I've printed so you can see for yourself.”
“The pricing at this store would be very enticing, however, colored prints colors do not match native work file colors (colors in Word, PDF, JPEG, or other format).”
“Received the first order of two cartridges. Both chips on the cartridges were loose and unreadable. Promptly sent replacement order. Two replacement cartridges were also loose and unreadable. Chips were angled or not in correct position for any of the four cartridges. Requested and received refund. Happy with customer support but unhappy with quality.”
“Apparently I ordered the wrong color. I had to remove two plastic covers to verify I ordered five of the same black color . I put the plastic cover back on the two inserted them back in their respective indifidual boxes taped the container back together along with stuffing some additional paper filler so the individual boxes would be beter secured from moving around as they were loose in the original shipment.
Spoke to a gentelman in customer service who secured for me the return shipping document and mailed back the SAME day.
Got an email followed by a telephone call this morning from a woman who said the two opened packages show evidence of attempting to be installe in the printer (UNTRUE) AND BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR. sHE WAS RUDE, i HAD TO INTERUPT HER TO SPEAK WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED, SHE CALLED ME BASICALLY A LIAR AGAIN AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME CREDIT FOR THE TWO UNITS I ATEMPTED TO RETURN BETTER PACKAGED THAN RECEIVED.
ONE OF THE MOST UNPLEASANT AND RUDE EXPERIENCE I HAVER RECEIVED FROM SOMEONE IN "CUSTOMER SERVICE".

Raised a lot of questions whether your company was real or a scam. There was no feedback for shipping... until I asked... got some info that was inaccurate.
So for a new business - you have to provide accurate information! Savings motivate - but if not reliable... would not do again.
