“What do I do now? The toner cartridges I need are for a HPLaserJet3390, not a 3390MFP. I didn't open one to be sure because I'm not sure I can return them if they don't fit. Can you help me know what to do?

“Incorrect ink cartridge..Called for a return and it was being sent however we still have not received corrected toner cartridge. I need to return the incorrect cartridge we have . Please advise”
“I purchased 2 toners recently.when I tried the first toner it would not work. I called and the lady talked me through getting it to work. It did for a day and then it quite working again. I put the other one in and have no trouble with it.
Not happy with the one toner.
