“customer service was great. 60XL replacement cartridge is dated 2012/06/13. whoever refurbished it did a poor job. The ink just smears all over the copier paper, and causes my copier to go into an error code and shuts down.”
“I ordered 2 78XL color carterages and 1 45 black. After waiting and then checking the tracking number I discovered they had not yet been sent. I called to see what the problem was and was told the order had been split and the first part would arrive in 2 days, it did. I still do not have black and I have an HP photosmart printer which requires I have both color and black to print a photo. The color does me no good without the black and you have not sent me a tacking number for the black. What is the tracking number? I have no usable printer!”
“Lack of response to review/issue is amazingly horrible. Got offered to give them a review prior to receiving any help. Upon receiving said "help" I get told package is delivered and thats about it. No attempt to talk to the customer, inquire not received, inquiry if at maybe a neighbor's location. Nope, nothing. This is horrible service.”
“Based off the email Requesting a rating, here you go. I have not received a response AT ALL about my missing package. It was ordered 2 weeks ago, 14 day. Tracking number does not work, I have not received any notifications about deliver. What am I to expect here?”
“Was not able to use the item. The description specified a “compatible” item so I was not expecting a genuine Okidata product. But I certainly was not expecting a clearly used item that had ink powder all over it. Jamie @ customer service was very apologetic and helpful. It did take some back and forth emailing but I did receive a full refund and they did not expect me to return the item. I was told to just expose of it. This was unfortunately not a good first impression so probably will not order from them again.”
“I put in the compatible drum unit and for some reason my replace drum message has not gone away. I'm not sure at this point if it is my problem or a faulty replacement. Until I do more research on the problem, I just have a question about why it would still show this message.”
