“The ink toner is too dark. I have to put the copy lever on very light and it still comes out dark. Have never had a toner do that before.”

“This is the first time that I placed an order with your company. I have not installed the cartridge, but I am not sure that it will work. The package that it was shipped in was totally destroyed. I ordered the cartridge before the other one ran out.”
