“I ordered a high yield toner 4-pack compatible with Brother as a reserve when my OEM supply was used up. It is now 15 months later. Problems: First, the IT Store product color intensity was faded and poor in color intensity. Secondly after one week of slight use, my printer does not print. error message: "No Toner - Open the top cover, then install toner cartridge" Wasted $149.00. Customer Service- non responsive.”
“Good price, worked fine printing well while it worked, but it only lasted for a limited period of time before it ran out of ink and required replacement. Methinks somehow there was a messup during the remanufacturing process and the cartridge wasn’t filled properly.”
