“These cartridges PRINT very well, i.e., resolution, color saturation and coverage. BUT, they lack the HP chips allowing the computer to access cartridge condition. The printer acknowledges NON-HP printer products installed. So, you can't get various printer related info. Doesn't affect SCAN or COPY functions. So, if you can do without the individual cartridge status, they're very good as far as ONLY printing is concerned. Store very helpful and kind concerning this issue.”
“I received the new toner and it says to install by Jan 20,2021. Well my current cartridges will not run out by then. Can I remove the current cartridges and then reinstall them later? I looked everywhere on the description and it didn’t indicate that I was getting expired cartridges that had to be used by a certain date. It does say that these cartridges have a lifetime warranty, money back guarantee. Will you honor this warranty after Jan 20th if I don’t get these installed before then. I’ll be upset if I have to throw away half used cartridges under the circumstances as I see them. I sent an email to the inktonerstore, they have not responded back to my question yet.”
