“I last ordered ink in August . I have installed both black cartridges and they worked fine.
I finally needed to install the "tri-color" cartridge and my HP printer said that the "color" cartridge needed to be removed.
It appears that my printer did not like the "tri-color" cartridge.”
“Like I said it should be the right thing however they should find a better way to ship as the USPS still not delivered it. Order on December 14 and with the shipping it should have been here in 2 days but like I said I'm still waiting. May considering my next order be from another company. called the customer service team and that was a waste as all they could do is find excuses for the postal service”
