“Received the purchased item within just a few days after submitting the order. It came USPS. I still have about 30% toner in the existing toner cartridge so have not tried to install and use the new one yet. Everything looks to be OK and there is a good set of directions included on how to replace the old cartridge with the new one.”

“Once we installed the new toner cartridges, we received an error on the printer. We pulled all cartridges out and placed them back in the holder. While doing so, the "chip" on the black toner container fell off. Problematic for use and annoying while troubleshooting.”
