“Yellow was hard getting to take, kept saying replace but after trying quite a few times it took it. Blue would never work, kept telling me to replace,( Ink Toner Store agreed to replace it but it never showed up to this date) so I replaced with HP BUT THEN THE YELLOW WOULD NOT WORK AGAIN AND ON THE GRAPH IT SHOWS EMPTY. So I bought the HP package and have learned a lesson. STICK WITH HP.”
“I have had 3 defective toner and inject refills from Ink and Toner Store in the past 2 years. To their credit, they did send replacement refills twice at no cost. You can't wait too long to ask for the replacement cartridges or they won't replace them...”
“I did not receive the blue, yellow or magenta that was supposed to come with this 4 pack. Only the black arrived (about 2 weeks ago now) so I can not tell you if this toner will work or not.”
“I have ordered many of these in the past and I would normally rate it with five stars, but one of the last HP 952XL (F6U19AN) Ink Cartridge Black. I received did not work, and I never received a response after contacting Ink and Tower Store about the issue. I am hoping that it was just an isolated incident.”
