“I needed to replace my Y, M & K toner cartridges and my C, M & Y image drums. I had purchased a set of image drums for you back when I purchased my printer. As I inserted the new drum and cartridge in each slot I had no problem until I went to insert the new K cartridge into the original drum unit. That is when I found that the original OKI drum unit has two steel pins that will not allow your replacement toner cartridge to fit. When I replaced that drum unit with your drum unit the K toner cartridge was able to lock in place. Please let users know that your replacement cartridges will not work unless they use you drum units.”
“The black cartridge is totally compatible with my HP Deskjet 2540 printer, but seems to meter out more ink than the HP cartridges, giving me excessively bold print.
Unless I see improvement, later on with this or with the next cartridge, I'll go back to paying the price for HP quality copies.
