“Cartridge is apparently putting out way too much toner. All black print is fuzzy and not sharp. Also seems to be contributing to a muddiness of other colors and prints. I will not order from Ink Toner Store again.”
“It prints a lot of solid black pages or pages with dark lines all over it. I have to let it print about three of those, then it will print correctly. Wouldn't recommend it.”
“I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This was advertised as a new unit. I was sent a non working refurbished unit with toner dust on it. When I reported it they said they would resend a unit. Now I have two non-working used refurbished units. I just wanted a new unit not two refurbished one. This is a waste of time and costing me money on the down time from my printer. It's also wasting my ink which is expensive to begin with.”
“This is the second time that we have ordered a 5 pack for Ink Toner Store. The prices are awesome and we have had excellent print quality and they seem to last as long as the ones that we have purchased new at Staples or Office Max.”
