“Until now, I have had very good success with your ink cartridges, but the last two I received did not work at all. When I ran out of ink, I put the first cartridge in, and received a message that this one was a counterfeit, and it would not work. I put the secondly one in, and the same think happened, so I got no use from the two I purchased. What can you do to make this right?”
“Replacement ink cartridges were received very quickly, however would not work in my HP 8715 due to not having the updated chip. Customer Service provided an RMA for the product.”
“Ink it too light. I can't scan documents. I will not be using this ink and bought a brand new replacement cartridge from Canon instead. Very disappointing. This product is a waste of money.”
“I am sorry to report that My experience has been less that satisfactory. I ran out of ink in 3 days of slightly above normal use. I estimate about 100 pages were copied . Not too good.
I just have a home printer and computer. Not a business of any kind.”
