“The black ink cartridges worked perfectly however there was compatibility issue with the tricolor ink cartridges. The ink toner store was very accommodating in finding me new color cartridges. AND it was the first time I called on a phone and there was no robo assist- the phone was answered by a lovely woman who excelled in customer service- Kuddos to the Ink Toner Store!”
“All of my cartridges were defective however, the Customer Service was Outstanding. Lauren was so pleasant and efficient it wasn't a big deal. She was able to process an exchange immediately along with an RA# and procedure. However, having said this, I do hope the replacements work. I gave this a 5 star due to the excellent Customer Service I received.”
“When we purchased the set, the printer would not accept the magenta. The company agreed to replace it. But the replacement did not work, either. So we have returned all the cartridges for a refund.”
“I reordered two cartridges HP61 XL and received them promptly. However, one doesn't work. When I shake it, it sounds like ink in it, however it will not print. The other one I received as in the past works perfect....Meanwhile, I need to go buy another cause I am in need of the ink for a project I am on. Otherwise the orders have come to me fine! Thanks”
