“The black cartridge works fine but the colors for images do not print nearly as well as original HP cartridges. There’s a very bad yellow tint to many of my images and I’m not able to use the cartridges for higher quality pages.”
“The cartridges won't work in my printer, even though they are the correct ones. The machine says to "remove and reinstall", which I have done. They just will not work in my printer.”
