“I bought a compatible brother tn660 toner cartridge or my brother printer HL-L2300D cheaper than the OEM one. It fits in the drum but it won't fit in the printer. I hate to pay for shipping return so just throw it in the garbage.”

“I was excited to try this cartridge as an alternative to the Dell brand cartridge. It was half the price and claims to print as many pages as the Dell brand. I was disappointed that the cartridge only lasted a week. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for.”
“Until now, I have had very good success with your ink cartridges, but the last two I received did not work at all. When I ran out of ink, I put the first cartridge in, and received a message that this one was a counterfeit, and it would not work. I put the secondly one in, and the same think happened, so I got no use from the two I purchased. What can you do to make this right?”
