“Purchased a new drum unit and two compatible toner cartridges for a perfectly good printer. After printing 4-5 pages the toner cartridge leaked spilling toner into the drum unit and all over the inside of the printer. Drum unit is unable to be cleaned and inside of printer is a mess. Probably needs to be professionally cleaned and serviced to restore to good working condition. Most disappointing.”
“it list it fitting a 632/634 but it DOES NOT FIT my Image class print. Now it is either send it back and spen 10$ for a 28$ refund and my time spent or just eat it!”
“ALL 4 CARTRIDGES ARE NOT WORKING. MY FACTORY CARTRIDGES ARE WORKING RIGHT AWAY IF I INSTALL THEM BACK. PERFORMED A HARD RESET AND SOFTWARE LEVEL IS UP TO DATE. HAD 1 EMAIL CONTACT WITH THE SUPPORT. THEN NO RESPONSE ANYMORE. ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY !!!”
