“The cartridges that you sent me are NOT the same size as HP 63. I took one out of the wrapper and it does even fit into the printer. Nor does it even look like its HP counterpart.

“I received these in the mail 11 days after I ordered them because they were shipped from your western distribution center instead of the eastern. When I did receive them I only needed the tri-color so I didn't have to change the black yet. The color was off. Everything I printed had a greenish tint/dark tint . Like tan/white was more green. I called right away and complained to get a return. I packaged and returned the ink which you will get next week and at that time I expect a credit on my credit card.”
“there were 3 toner cartridges in box and i grabbed one and it had been used and put back in box and evidently the new one used by the last person who received it and then they sent you back the old one for a refund. Grabbed one of the others which obviously still had tear strip in place and installed it and it worked perfect. The third other is obviously new also. So i got ripped off for one toner cartridge.”
“Purchased a new drum unit and two compatible toner cartridges for a perfectly good printer. After printing 4-5 pages the toner cartridge leaked spilling toner into the drum unit and all over the inside of the printer. Drum unit is unable to be cleaned and inside of printer is a mess. Probably needs to be professionally cleaned and serviced to restore to good working condition. Most disappointing.”
