“Ink it too light. I can't scan documents. I will not be using this ink and bought a brand new replacement cartridge from Canon instead. Very disappointing. This product is a waste of money.”
“I am sorry to report that My experience has been less that satisfactory. I ran out of ink in 3 days of slightly above normal use. I estimate about 100 pages were copied . Not too good.
I just have a home printer and computer. Not a business of any kind.”
“first set of the XL black and color. The color did not work. it spelled on my clothes. The black i am using. It took 2 days get this package. It took 1 week to have you send my a replacement for the XL color . I have not tried. I had to go out and just get a regular color ink cartridge before I received the one I just got yesterday. I had a important paper to get out and I could not wait any longer for your ink cartridge. So I hope this one will work.”
“The cartridges that you sent me are NOT the same size as HP 63. I took one out of the wrapper and it does even fit into the printer. Nor does it even look like its HP counterpart.
