“It was a cartridge for another printer that had a clear tape over the contacts. The tape had a notice that read "Do Not Remove". The tape appeared to have circuit printed on it. The color prints came out smeary and skipped every half inch. I returned the cartridge and received a refund. Jerry rigging cartridges is unacceptable. I will no longer do business with the Ink and Toner company.”
“They sent me the wrong Toner twice for the Yellow (incompatible). The Black, Cyan and Magenta where correct. After a lengthy email the first time with Pictures, they still sent me the wrong one again.”
