“This is my second order. I reordered from my first order. The second order had all 4 toners in one big box! This is not good as you don't use the all at once. My first order came individually boxed. I won't be buying any more like this!”
“Ordered a 10-pak that included Compatible Brother LC51 Black ink cartridges. Instead I received CLC51 BK cartridges. They do not fit my machine. They caught the mistake and sent me wrong cartridges again. I received RB-OLC51 Black cartridges which was also not compatible. I'm sure this can be straightened out but the constant waiting is frustrating. Please correct this as soon as possible. Thank you.”
“When I ordered my ink cartridges I did not realize that HP compatible meant they were not HP cartridges. The directions indicate that if they do not work, do certain things to make them work in your printer. It's really true--you get what you pay for. Dont do it. Buy HP cartridges from HP.”
“It did not last. I do not know if you sent me a defective cartridge or it is my computer.
I used it 2 days with few printed copy. My printer read, must replace ink cartridge now.
