“I don’t use my printer often but this replacement cartridge doesn’t print a clear black copy just a light shade of black. I am disappointed. How to remedy this ?”
“This drum was obviously used and produced copies worse than the drum it was replacing. I immediately contacted Inktonerstore with the problem and they refunded me the entire amount. I applaud their response, but did have to order another drum from another source, delaying a very important mailer by 9 days. Happy with their Customer Service, very disappointed in their product.”
“I bought this toner sometime ago to have on hand when I ran out and today I ran out of yellow so I replaced the cartridge. When I print I get an entire line of yellow ink down the left side of the page which is annoying... I really hope these cartridges don't ruin my printer.... The printer says to stick with Brother Ink and it's looking like I should have followed instructions.... it just costs so dang much...”
“It broke open and toner was released all over the printer. I then has to pay to get it cleaned and parts replaced. Would you like the product returned. I would like a refund please.”
“This is June 17th and I have not received my ink cartridges as yet. I am disappointed as I really need the black ink as I am completely out of it. I hope it arrives soon. It has been about 3 weeks since I ordered it.
