“My printer shows a message that something is wrong with one of the two cartridges I installed from you. How do I return them? I got 2 black and one color. I'm hoping it's one of those rare events with off brand cartridges. The did arrive quickly, though.”
“It was a cartridge for another printer that had a clear tape over the contacts. The tape had a notice that read "Do Not Remove". The tape appeared to have circuit printed on it. The color prints came out smeary and skipped every half inch. I returned the cartridge and received a refund. Jerry rigging cartridges is unacceptable. I will no longer do business with the Ink and Toner company.”
