I ordered the cartridge June 1, and received it June 12th. After installing it, it still said that I was out of ink. tried the rubber eraser, and it still did not work. I have a call into your customer support. Please respond back. Terry DeVries - 248-881-6206

I returned them. I did not use them. I thought I was getting HP cartridges, like the ones you show. I trust I will get a refund.

The toner did not work with my Xerox 6510 printer. I will never purchase an item marked as compatible again. Always go back to the original product vendor. I wuz robbed,

Installed yellow ink and did not work . Would like to return all four toners . Done trying remanufactured toners on this Canon Copier .

One of the things that was not clear was that the user had to pry the minuscule circuit boards off the old cartridge and place them on the new one. The explanation was lacking enough detail. Not only that, but after 800 prints, my black cartridge already registers as "low." I will not order from this company again
