“I was impressed by how quickly I received my product, but one of the ink cartridges was incorrect and I was unable to use it. I contacted the company several times requesting the correct cartridge I ordered and finally received an response saying the correct cartridge will be sent to me. It has been a week and I still have not received the correct cartridge.”

“I think there might be an issue with consistency, the black is acting like it is low on toner. However, when I shake the cartridge it will print fine for 8 to 12 pages. Then have to shake again.”
