“We have been your customer for long buying high yield cartridges. Never had a problem with quality before expect since last year. Our cartridges arrive damaged, spilling powder all over. Lately 2 Compatible Brother TN760 High Yield Toner Cartridges did not last at all. We are a small Montessori school in Decatur GA. Request you to help replace the last 2 cartridges coz they did not even last 500 print copies. Thanks

“I put the black cartridge in and the printer wouldn't recognize the cartridge was full and improvised by using the color to override the black. I never opened the color, just threw them both away.. Total waste of money!”
“Drum makes a loud, scratchy, squealing sound every time it prints. I have switched toner cartridges and sound is still present. The sound is not made when the original drum is reinstalled.”
