“Apparently, HP has us squarely by the testicles. This 61XL color cartridge I waited a week for (to save $10) is incompatible. Never again! I'm shopping elsewhere and probably throwing the HP printers in my dumpster.”
“So far I have put in the black cartridge and it is not working. I keep getting a message to remove it and replace it. I then install an hp cartridge that is low on ink and the printer accepts it. I tried a second black Inkstore cartridge and get the same negative results.
I sent screen shots to inkstore over a week ago and have not heard back. This is now the 3rd time having a defective cartridge. I am starting to loose confidence in wanting to purchase more from inkstore.”
