“I wanted 65XL not 63XL which I received. It took several days to get return authorization and shipping address label. I returned the 63XLs and now see I've been given a partial refund to my credit card. But nothing said about sending me the 65XLs that I need, now more than ever because my black died yesterday. I'll go to Staples or Walmart and have to buy HP ink. Very disappointed with service here.”
“Had grinding, screeching noise when first installed. Could not determine why. After several removals, look at it and reinstall, the noise minimized to an acceptable level. Still evaluating it.”

“I was impressed by how quickly I received my product, but one of the ink cartridges was incorrect and I was unable to use it. I contacted the company several times requesting the correct cartridge I ordered and finally received an response saying the correct cartridge will be sent to me. It has been a week and I still have not received the correct cartridge.”
