“The cartridges work fine. The company though leaves much to be desired. Nowhere near what they say on their web pages. No confirmation ,no email response, shipping was sent in 7 days (not 1), shipping was lots longer than their page states. I gave 4 stars on the product, but would give the company 1 1/2 stars because they do not communicate well at all.”
“Been ordering from you guys for a few years now, SO far i have gotten 2 damaged toners, had to throw them out, couldn;t use them. The prices are great, just wish every toner was 100%.”
“I have used this store for quite a while, but this shipment only had one working cartridge out of two. The black one would not install in the printer no matter what I tried. I will be returning the bad one for a refund. Hope the next shipment is better.”
