“So far I have put in the black cartridge and it is not working. I keep getting a message to remove it and replace it. I then install an hp cartridge that is low on ink and the printer accepts it. I tried a second black Inkstore cartridge and get the same negative results.
I sent screen shots to inkstore over a week ago and have not heard back. This is now the 3rd time having a defective cartridge. I am starting to loose confidence in wanting to purchase more from inkstore.”
“I'm giving a 2 on the speed of delivery.... still waiting to get my ink. It was ordered on 5/8/20 it is now 5/20/20. I live in Ohio it's shipped from Pennsylvania. In the 12 days its been I could have driven there and home several times. I don't think I will use this place to get my next shipment. Thank you
