“I put the color ink cartridge in my printer and it found it ok. I put one of the black cartridge's in got a errior message. I would not recommend anyone to buy these lousy cartridge's. When you purchase something and it says it for your printer and is labeled with the right ink cartridge number it should work.”
“As I already explained, toners were defective. Not only produced poor quality copies but caused a permanent problem with the printer. Cost me $256 for new toners and $405 for a new printer.”
“All but the yellow are fine. The ribbon for the yellow was so jammed in there, I pulled the tape and it broke and now it’s unusable. I need a new yellow. I contacted them via Facebook but no response.”
