“I had to return the first cartridge because of horrible clacking noise and my printer refused to print, saying it was not an HP product. I received another cartridge very quickly. The cartridge makes some of the clacking noise, but it is printing. The first printings left an slight ink smudge along the edges of the paper but in use that is going away. The clacking sound is "going away" so hopefully that will go away in time.”
“I ordered 3 cannon 128 cartridges. The first cartridge left several marks consistently at the same location on each page. Not professional quality. I removed it as soon as I noticed the poor quality.. The second cartridge left small dots along the right side of each page. Better than the first but still not of professional quality. I have not tried the 3 rd cartridge. The price was really great, but not when the quality is this poor. Unacceptable.”
“This was a nightmare!! I opened the first cartridge and the orange tab fell into my lap - along with much of the ink. I had ink on my hands, legs, desk top, papers on the desk and the chair pad on the floor. I threw the entire order away. It was a waste of a lot of money, but I learned a sad lesson. I will not be ordering from you again.
