“I ordered and paid for ink cartrages.2 days atfter receiving conformation including shipping I was notified that they had made a mistake on shipping cost and wanted me to pay more. I cancelled my order and am looking for a refund.Not my fault the did not calculat the proper shipping cost .Hard to believe it was more than twice what I was originaly charged”

“I was very happy when I got my first order on time, but I never got the second order although the tracking shows that it was delivered to me at front door. I don't come out from my apartment because of the Corona virus, and I can see my door all the time. I called to the company ,and now this case is under the investigation. If the company is able to solve the problem with their trusted company, I will be satisfied with them. This is the second time I am facing with this kind of problem. “The fist delivery had black ink leaked all over the box and the cartridges, the company sent them again and I thought was very nice, however the second shipment was the same. Black ink everywhere. I sent an email and left two voice messages and they won't call me back or email me back. Very disappointed.”
