“All but the yellow are fine. The ribbon for the yellow was so jammed in there, I pulled the tape and it broke and now it’s unusable. I need a new yellow. I contacted them via Facebook but no response.”
“One of the toner cartridges was labeled as cyan but was magenta so now need to find a single cyan, I guess you get what you pay for. Contacted customer service and they did nothing. 0 stars for service ,”

Placed an order on Sunday expecting it to ship monday, as there Web Page states
"Orders placed before 6PM EST usually ship the same business day."
Five days later I contact them they state
"I sincerely apologize for the delay. The item you ordered will be arriving in a shipment today and we can have it sent out Monday. As soon as it is shipped out to you, you will receive the tracking number.”
