“Have tried 2 of the Black XL Cartridges and neither of them worked. Have tried to get in touch with customer service and so far have been unsuccessful. Very disappointed.”
“I was very happy when I got my first order on time, but I never got the second order although the tracking shows that it was delivered to me at front door. I don't come out from my apartment because of the Corona virus, and I can see my door all the time. I called to the company ,and now this case is under the investigation. If the company is able to solve the problem with their trusted company, I will be satisfied with them. This is the second time I am facing with this kind of problem. Please people, Iet me know if you are facing the same problem with you shipments.”
“The fist delivery had black ink leaked all over the box and the cartridges, the company sent them again and I thought was very nice, however the second shipment was the same. Black ink everywhere. I sent an email and left two voice messages and they won't call me back or email me back. Very disappointed.”
“I had to return the first cartridge because of horrible clacking noise and my printer refused to print, saying it was not an HP product. I received another cartridge very quickly. The cartridge makes some of the clacking noise, but it is printing. The first printings left an slight ink smudge along the edges of the paper but in use that is going away. The clacking sound is "going away" so hopefully that will go away in time.”
