“I ordered 3 of the cannon 128 cartridges. One of them leaves 6 one inch black lies down the middle of the paper, another cartridge leaves black dots along the right side of the copies about every 2 inches. The copies that I make do not look professional. I have not tried the third cartridge yet.”

“I ordered and received two 104 ink cartridge. One of the cartridges was defective in that an inordinate amount ink was released making the paper completely black. The other cartridge worked as it should have.”
“This is my third purchase from InkStore.com. The first set of cartridges were great; no problem. In the second set, one black cartridge left black streaks down the side of my copies. I thought it was my printer and tried many ways to correct the problem, but when I replaced the cartridge, the problem disappeared. In this set of cartridges the magenta doesn not work. There is a chip missing from the cartridge. My printer says that I need to replace the cartridge. I will attempt to contact InkStore.com to see if they will send me a new magenta. I am unsure if any of the other cartridges work at this time since the magenta does not work.”
