“This is my third purchase from InkStore.com. The first set of cartridges were great; no problem. In the second set, one black cartridge left black streaks down the side of my copies. I thought it was my printer and tried many ways to correct the problem, but when I replaced the cartridge, the problem disappeared. In this set of cartridges the magenta doesn not work. There is a chip missing from the cartridge. My printer says that I need to replace the cartridge. I will attempt to contact InkStore.com to see if they will send me a new magenta. I am unsure if any of the other cartridges work at this time since the magenta does not work.”
“Never got to make a judgment about the ink. The cartridge installs differently from HP; the cover is configured differently. And there are absolutely NO instructions. Hint to the unwary: Lysol bathroom cleaner can remove cyan ink from your hands. I purchased this product with the anticipation of saving on ink. Instead, I have to pay to get the standard cartridges and have this pack of useless plastic on my hands (along with remnants of the ink. I won't use this service again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone else.”
“Initially the Cyan cartridge would not work/was not recognized as working by the printer. I took it back out and found a buildup of ink on the end, quickly cleaned that off, put it back in and it appears to be working 100% without issue.”
“The replacement toner does not work at all. When I insert it, the printer reads it as 0% ink. I am very disappointed as I ordered this toner for my office printer and now I have to use my older printer until I can make time to go buy more ink.”
“The ink cartridge I ordered made a terrible sound each time it went to print paper. My boss made me take it out because it was so annoying. Ended up ordering a name brand ink cartridge and have had no problems.”
“The cartridge is fine. The order and delivery process was horrible. When ordered, it was promised by Thursday of that week. After, 10 days, I followed up, and the order had not shipped, although we paid for it the date of the initial order submission. We did receive it as promised on the date promised on the second order.”
