“It would have been great to receive what I ordered. Instead they substituted Hp61XL that will not work with our machine. When someone orders the 61, ship the 61. I was told they were out of the 61 so they shipped the other. If it was out of stock, why was I able to order it and, why wouldn't they ask before they made a substitution?”
“The cartridges fit fine but they left large blue streaks all over every page. Then the blue streaks turned into blue pages. I asked for a refund and received it promptly. I may have just got a bad one but I never get bad ones from the original manufacturer.”
“Totally Unusable. Margins do not print at all and the center section is exceptionally light. Tried two new toner cartridges - same results for both. Wasted money. Will stay with OEM from now on.”
“When I put the black in my printer I got a message from the printer that there was a problem with the cartridge o4 that it was missing. I pulled it out numerous times and re installed it to no avail. I have not tried the cyan, magenta or yellow ones yet. I am very disappointed because I am going to have to run out to Best Buyto buy a black cartridge.”

“I was sent the same printer cartridge twice, even though I called and told them that cartridge would not work in my printer. It shows on the web site that it will fit my printer but it won't. I can.t wait for another try so the are supposed to be crediting card.”
