“For some reason, the ink/print skips and sometimes it will print blank. I guess it's too late now to return. I had to order a new one from Amazon and it works fine.”
“NOT Pleased... the ink cartridge was installed and the printer popup states: "tri-color Magenta/yellow]:62. The printer has detected that these cartridges are not new, original HP cartridges... "... and a second popup: Used, refilled or Counterfeit Cartridge detection". Warning: HPs cartridge warranty does not cover non-HP cartridges...."

Problem:
#1. Wrong size..... I ordered the larger cartridges, I received the smaller cartridges...
#2. When I pulled the cap from the first cartridge, Ink ran onto my hands...
I cleaned the cartridge and my hands, installed it into the printer and it is working fine..
Thank you very much for your quick service and I still would like to have the correct size cartridges...
We plan to purchase all our future ink supplies from your company as all the cartridges we purchased in the past are functioning properly...”
