“I ordered this product previously without issue. It worked fine. I reordered and received the wrong cartridge. Due to the mix up, l had to spend $50 out if pocket as I waited for staff to resolve this error. Still waiting.”
“Unfortunately, I'm not very happy with my product. I bought 2 toner cartridges. When I went to install one of them, I pulled on the plastic strip and the plastic strip ripped. Now I can't use the cartridge and there is no way to open it. I'm happy to write a good review but would need my cartridge replaced first. Please let me know if that's possible.”
“I couldn’t use that knock-off cartridge. It kept jamming . I had to call my computer guru to help figure out what was wrong. A bunch of wasted money.”
“I ordered 2 3013 black XL cartridge and the first 1 I opened said pull so I did and it leaked all over. I'm pretty computer and printer smart so for that to happen the first time in my life it sucked. Not the end of the world of course but if it says pull and you do you shouldn't lose half your ink before you realize what just happened. It does fit. Order # 100108020.”
“Your 3 pack cartridges work just fine on standard paper, but when I attempted to print on glossy card-stock, the black ink was smeared all over the picture. When I installed the original Cannon black cartridge, the problem was solver and the printing was perfect.
I believe the ink used in your refills is not the same quality as the ink used by Canon in their original cartridges. To solve my problem, I plan to only use your refills on regular copy paper. I will have to use a Canon cartridge when I print card stock. Is there any way you can start using ink that will not smear? Please let me know, because I use a lot of these cartridges for glossy card stock printing.
Thanks,
Weeks Parker”
