“Unfortunately all of the cartridges were dried out and didn’t work. I was optimistic as I know others have been successful at The InkTonerStore and the prices were about one third of new HP cartridges, but all that printed for me were faint lines in color and pretty much nothing in black.”
“The cartridge is unusable. The toner accumulates black lines on the cartridge roller as a streak and leaves black streak lines on right side of all printed copies.”

“Bought this product when my toner cartridge for my HP LaserJet 4240n was low on ink. I noticed the compatible window on this product page and saw that this cartridge was evidently compatible. I bought two of them thinking it was a sure shot. I was happy with the fastness of the delivery put them in the printer and low and behold there was a error with the new cartridge. I looked up the code for the error and I found a fix for it. I took the old cartridge's chip on it and replaced it on the new cartridge. It works, but, there is always going to be a prompting on the screen to replace the cartridge. I consider that a little irritating. I will probably shop around a little more next time, unless this problem is resolved.”
