“Delivered E-40 toner cartridge was not working. So, they sent me another one.
After few days use, the 2nd one was not working again. All black on the paper comes out.
When I checked the cartridge, black ink powder spilled over the floor.
I sent my e-mail about this complaints today.
I am waiting for their response.”
“Unfortunately the physical product that we received did not match the specifications of what was ordered which is causing the ink to spill over into out printer. Please advise of the resolution for this as it has caused more damage than good.”
“The product is terrible. The Red was leaking before the package was opened. Once installed, the printer jammed up. The message read "damaged cartridge. Printer jam". Once I install HP cartridges, it worked fine. Need to return package for credit. Please advise.”
“Absolutely terrible. I opened the box and there was some toner in the box as well as the outside of the bag it was stored in. Decided to open the small bag and toner everywhere. Dont even know if the cartridge would fit my printer because of the mess. Want to return but not sure if its worth the effort.”
“I purchased a 4 pack (4 colors) for a new HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP477 PCL6 recently. The quality of the printing is very poor. The black is mostly a grey rather than a crisp black. The colors are muted rather than vivid. Over the past 20+ years I have purchased 100s of compatible toner cartridges and have received very good results. However this purchase does not match with previous purchases.”
