They're a little messy to install or take out. Black powder everywhere. Good thing I have a Kirby Vacuum cleaner with a tight nose.

No instructions on how to use it. Didn’t know about the tab. One of th cartridges is defective and now my printer says it still needs drum replacement.

Waited days to see if toner shadows in print cleared up and they still persist. Not sure but, maybe this refill has out performed it lifespan. Not techno enough to trouble shoot beyond replacing empty toner cartridge.

The original order of toner cartridges worked fine for about 3 days, then I started getting blue (cyan) splotches on the boarder of every color print. Called ITS and spoke to Chris...1st class. He immediately sent me a replacement cyan toner cartridge and it arrived 2-days later. Unfortunately, it failed immediately...worse than the 1st one. Called ITS and spoke to Chris again...1st class treatment again as he immediately refunded me for the cost of the cyan cartridge. The other 3 colors are working flawlessly and I have no complaints. I will not trash ITS in this review because, even though part of the product I ordered failed twice, I have twice been treated in a 1st class manner and received a refund for the failed portion of the order. Their toner cartridges are guaranteed to work or your money back. Hopefully my experience is a fluke, so give ITS a try. If anything goes wrong, they make it right immediately.

All four toners were defective. What was most concerning is that when I called customer service they said that all their customers said they received were defective. Then in an effort to return the toners for replacements it took four rounds of documentation to proceed-(scanning bar codes on the boxes, scanning bar codes on the toners themselves, scanning the label on the toners) etc. ridiculous. Very poor product and service.
