“The black is very gray, not deep black at all. I don't know if there was some special steps that had to be taken to ensure a deep black because there weren't any instructions. If there is something that can make the black dark again then I shall change my review. I haven't printed color since the change. Shipping was fast though.”
“You shipped two cartridges. Neither one fit my printer. Your service personnel were very curteous and professional. Sorry you could nor match my cartridge.

“The toner cartridge arrived quickly and was packaged well. The toner cartridge fits in the HP LaserJet 1300n as did the original HP toner cartridge. However, the print quality is very light and not quite uniform. The left edge is printer lighter than the rest of the page. Printed pages are about half or less as dark as you would normally expect for a printed page of text. I have tried adjusting the various settings in the print driver without being able to improve the print quality. I have not been able to find a way to darken the printed pages. It almost seems the pages are printing in a mode to conserve toner. But, those modes are not activated in the printer driver.”
“I am not sure if it was the wrong number or what but when I tried to print the paper keeps jamming and couldn't get it to work so I am still using my old one until I am able to buy a genuine drum unit”
