“I will say that the ordering process, delivery and packaging were excellent and the toner cartridges that work seem to be doing fine. However, when I installed the cartridges I found that the CYAN was empty or defective. Tried several times with the same result - no toner. I emailed the InkTonerStore that night with my order number and explanation and received no response (its been 10 days). Had to run out to Best Buy to buy a more expensive cartridge so I could print out my reports on time. While the product seems good, the customer service response to a defective product was poor - thus my rating.”
“For some reason the magenta tank is spilling ink on the paper so that there is a light pink edge on every sheet. Not sure if this is from the tank itself or the printer but it is a new issue with the new (non HP) cartridge.”
“The printer refused to recognize the cartridge and wouldn't let me "print anyway". I had to reinstall the empty cartridge to be able to use the printer at all. However, it is fair (and strange) to mention that the HP 57 replacement I got from you earlier is working very well and, actually, I'm using it now (by default) for black printing as well.”
“I already wrote the company and the response is to write a review - shipping was fine; but the laser cartridge leaves black marks - like check marks all the way down one side of the page. I'm hoping this will go away eventually. I can't believe the company ignored what I wrote - O, they do provide a phone number for one to call -”
