“The printer refused to recognize the cartridge and wouldn't let me "print anyway". I had to reinstall the empty cartridge to be able to use the printer at all. However, it is fair (and strange) to mention that the HP 57 replacement I got from you earlier is working very well and, actually, I'm using it now (by default) for black printing as well.”
“I already wrote the company and the response is to write a review - shipping was fine; but the laser cartridge leaves black marks - like check marks all the way down one side of the page.
