“I found you after searching for remanufactured ink at great prices; yours fit the bill. I ordered and waited 3 days for delivery. I put black cartridge in printer and was very happy with quality. Then, a week later I saw ink was low! I am disappointed because I do a lot of printing and although yours is the cheapest so far, it still promised 2500 pages which is high yield. I don't feel I got what you promised. I have since then ordered two more 4 packs that crossed in the mail, I will see what they deliver and then will decide whether to stay a customer or continue my search . Thank you, Jim McCarthy...”
“My experience with non-oem cartridges is that they print too dark and make echoes on the page. Even cleaning the drum has little effect. However, setting the paper to transparent does reduce the heat and prints with good quality. That minor adjustment will make this affordable cartridge an acceptable purchase.”
“Toner cartridge seems to be working fine. Not impressed with the ordering/shipping process. Couldn’t track order on website-order number was “nonexistent “. Call and email to customer service went unanswered.”
