“The cartridge has problem. I called and shared barcode label for replacement with other cyan catridge. I am waiting for customer service response now”
“first off they are very nice and polite to talk to........however make sure you DO NOT ORDER on line unless you know for sure exactly what you want........i called in and asked what cartridge i should order for a certain printer.....they gave me the model number and gave this our purchasing dept to order......they gave us the wrong one which actually fits in the printer and proceeded to spill toner all over...called in to discuss but since did not know who we spoke to they would not back up their product.........on to someone who will back up their product”
