“The Toner Cartridge works. However, the print is light and as such, more difficult to read. So, overall I am less satisfied with this product than the one I purchased previously from the same business. Can't help but wonder-why the difference?”
“Took a while to get the printer to recognize the color cartridges, the printer never recognized the black, had to not use it. After I looked up some ideas on the Internet on how to reset the printer it finally began recognizing the cartridges, but never the black.”
