“Not a compatible "refurbished" cartridge which also showed excessive wear. Work around required me to remove chip and insert it into my old cartridge and refill the old cartridge with separately purchased toner. If the chip, not identical to the Samsung cartridge chip, had not been compatible, purchase would have been returned.”

“Generally, I purchased the original toner but this time I tried a generic brand. The print quality is poor. I have to print the same page multiple times constantly changing setting configurations in search for better usable quality. Print to fax is not an option as the fax image would be poor and illegible.”
