I am getting light and dark print on my 81/2 x11" white bond paper. Thought the new drums would stop the problem. the Screen Showed 18% left of Drum usage before I bought your product, do not know what to do? I am frustrated.”
“I am not happy with the toner after a couple days it already shows low cartridge. normally the toners I purchase last at least a couple of months .
I already wrote 1 review and noted this and have no feed back except to get another survey email .”
“Not a compatible "refurbished" cartridge which also showed excessive wear. Work around required me to remove chip and insert it into my old cartridge and refill the old cartridge with separately purchased toner. If the chip, not identical to the Samsung cartridge chip, had not been compatible, purchase would have been returned.”
