“this cartridge came with more than I'd expect of toner dust floating around in the plastic.. covering. so when I broke the seal it made quite a mess. Its worked fine so far”
“I called the customer service dept. to let them know the cartridges do not work with labels I am trying to print. They work fine using the real deal HP cartridges but not these. No one has called me back yet.”
“Cartridge fits well but all print jobs have toner smears and text is very light. Not satisfied and would return if I had information!
