“For the second time that I have received ink that is not working in the printer. It’s almost like there’s nothing in the cartridge. Not sure what to do now.”

“Took a while to get the printer to recognize the color cartridges, the printer never recognized the black, had to not use it. After I looked up some ideas on the Internet on how to reset the printer it finally began recognizing the cartridges, but never the black.”
