“I'v purchased non-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) before from InkTonerStore.com in the past without issue. However this cartridge was immediately defective. When packing strip was removed from cartridge, ink powder went everywhere. Air brushed the dust off, but the laser prints are awful, this may have ruined my printer? I may have to call a repairman to clean up this mess! Will also contact InkTonerStore Customer Care.”

“They should be labelled so that you can tell which color is which without having to take off the plastic. I only needed to replace one of them for now, not all of them where it wouldn't have mattered. Hopefully taking the plastic cover paper off won't allow the toner to dry while it's stored for later use.”
“The drum works fine, except the machine does not recognize it as new because it is not, though the add said it was. The machine says it needs to be changed.”
