“THE CARTRIDGES YOU SENT ME - IH-CB435A/CB436A/CE285A-N25 - ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH CARTRIDGES Q2612A (HP12A); THEY DO NOT FIT INTO MY PRINTER HP LASER JET 1020. PLEASE ADVISE HOW YOU WILL PROVIDE CORRECT CARTRIDGES. THANKS, CY CHADLEY”

“Hi I am getting light and dark print on my 81/2 x11" white bond paper. Thought the new drums would stop the problem. the Screen Showed 18% left of Drum usage before I bought your product, do not know what to do? I am frustrated.”
