“The ink is too light . We had to adjust every darkness setting in the copier to even use it the first time.
We actually should send it all back & demand a refund.”
“I already applied for a refund and I explained the problem. When I used your compatible toner cartridge ever page jammed in my printer, however, when I put back my old original HP cartridge it printed fine. I did this several times and using your cartridge caused a jam every time.”
“I have ordered the TK-592K cartridge for over a year now without any problems. I recently placed an order for 2 of the TK-592K cartridges and received the TK-592K cartridges, but it was from a different manufacturer. I tried to insert it into my printer and it was too small. I called and they said to send pictures, which I did. The rep said that they looked exactly the same and to try to insert it again. I had five people from my office attempt and it just wasn't "clicking" in place. Finally, after sending her even more pics she said that they would send me another TK-592K toner from a different manufacturer and it worked perfectly. It was very frustrating and I was without a printer for 2 more days. I also did not appreciate the fact that I had to keep sending her pictures when it was obvious that it just wasn't going in.”

“It Says it is a CF380X and I love the price but it is already almost out and my other colors are fine. So I put this in a month after my other three and its already gone. So not sure about how long they last but the quality is good.”
