“One of the cartridges sent was not the correct size ..got stuck in my printer and destroyed it
Paid a guy $100 to fix / remove it and it was impossible..now I’ve paid for repair and cartridges and have no printer..very bummed”

“There is no way to email this company to let them know they sent me an EMPTY cartridge. VERY POOR quality control. I am extremely disappointed. The black cartridge seemed to be working but only printed about 5 pages before it ran out of ink!!! As it was a weekend, I could not call and try to fix this. Now they want a review, so there it is. I will try a call tomorrow if I can. Caveat Emptor!”
“I received the package in the mail properly installed it. All my copies came out smeared. I would not buy this item again although I'm waiting on a new replacement haven't got it yet.”
“Past customer, recently received a reorder of my 4 cartridge colors and found they were floating around in a way oversized cardboard box with no cushioing fill whatsoever, and individual cartridge boxes torn up accordingly. Existing cartridges in printer still have life so not ready to swipe these in yet. When I do will hope the cartridges are still functional, but if not will be asking for any necessary replacement. First time I have received a shipment like this. Previously, cartridges were received timely, packed for success and worked well.”
“The Smart Chips in the Replacement Cartridges were not replaced. None of the Cartridges were recognized in the Printer. I could not use the Printer due to this issue. Bought cartridges from a different supplier, no issues, Printer is back online and useful.
Your Cartridges are nothing more than filled with toner, if you don't replace the smart Chips they are nothing more than paper weights. Thanks for nothing.”
“I recenly gave a lower rating due to the light printing on the edges, require to increas the densithy, which take more toner. But the second one is much better, allowing to reduce the density to save more toner”
“I first gave this a review of 4 stars, but now it's 2. After using it after a couple of days it started coming out so light on the edges it couldn't be read, so I had to increase the density to 3 rather than 0 as usual for new cartridges. While this made the edges readable, it made the rest of the text very dark, wasting a lot of toner. I bought 2 of these at the same time. I'll give another review after a few days of using it; just to decide if this 1st one is a fluke.”
