“They will not let me return it they want pictures of the message the printer is saying but I can’t send it so I’m out 85.00 because I can’t send it back to me if they want to do business they would just listen what the customer is saying and believe them why would I just want to just send it back if it worked”
“I ordered the bundle for my hp laser jet printer. everything worked fine until the 5th page printed. After that there were black blotches all over the printed page. We tried printing again and same thing. We had to order the Black cartridge from hp and have the rollers cleaned. All the other colors are working fine”
