“The cartridge is fine other than my printer doesn’t acknowledge the installation. The sensor is being picked up and then the printer keeps getting an order that it is not installed.”
“I went to the site to order black ink for my Epson Workforce Pro WF3720 and when I entered the printer name a long list of cartridges came up. However, I did not see the small note off to the side saying "no matches found".
Because I noticed the choices I was given I scrolled until I found the first black cartridge and ordered it.
Why would you show items that are not compatible?”
“I'm very disappointed in this product. The first cartridge broke before I could use it and now the second one is making a grinding noise and copies are light. Do not recommend!”
“I bought this cartridge thinking that it would be compatible with my Brother printer, since that was what was specified and when I put the cartridge in, it was rejected saying that it was not a genuine Brother product.”
