“The first shipment of the 4 Pack contained a defective Black Cartridge which was promptly replaced with the help of Jamie. But then I could still not use my printer because the Magenta cartridge kept giving me an error message. Then I was sent a Black Cartridge instead of a Magenta. Finally, this was also corrected with the proper one. While the shipments left a lot to be desired, the response was excellent. They all work well but have not yet been tested over time.”
“Cartridges were not compatible they fit but were missing the HP chip so the printer would not accept them and operate. Had to get HP cartridges with the correct chip in them to actually work.”
“Installed cartridges per instructions (I've done it before) and ran a test page when finished. The page was totally BLACK with only a BLUE check mark faintly visible. Called HP, thinking it was a printer issue, but they said to call you for replacements.”
“TOTALLY DEFECTIVE TONER - This toner cartridge did not even register on my printer when I installed it. It is just another bad toner cartridge (had 2 defective from Ink Technologies). I was about to scrap my printer because I could not find any toner replacements that work. I got a full refund and they did not want the product back.”

Again, I will emphasize that if you want to increase your sales, Tell your customers what the DR420 Drum Unit will do. One can replace the toner cartridge all you want, but if the Drum Unit is worn out, it will Not accomplish anything.
