“This is my first time trying ink for my Samsung from a company other than Samsung. The ink came in the original package, damaged badly. I send an email with pictures and heard back the next working day with an offer of a new ink to replace the damaged one. For that reason, I do have high hopes of using this company in the future, depending of course how well the ink works. But the customer service is wonderful. That matters.”
“I ordered a 4 pack of drum replacements. Two of the drum replacements were the same color and one color was missing. Better quality control going out the door would have prevented this. Your company is sending the missing color however I lost another 3 days without my printer functioning.”
