“I ordered ink toner and you did not send me ink toner. You sent me the ink cartridges that the toners go in. I looked on the outside of the box, and it said ink toner, but there were no ink cartridges in the box. I went ahead and replaced the cartridges and made use them, but it is not what I ordered.”

“Normally this would be a positive review, however this shipment has a challenge. We ordered 2 four packs of toner and when it came they were shipped different than usual. Each four pack come in one box and the cartridges do not have color identification on them. It is only on the outside of the box and not on the cartridges themselves. I am in the process of trying to return them now.”
