“Normally this would be a positive review, however this shipment has a challenge. We ordered 2 four packs of toner and when it came they were shipped different than usual. Each four pack come in one box and the cartridges do not have color identification on them. It is only on the outside of the box and not on the cartridges themselves. I am in the process of trying to return them now.”
“I am very disappointed with your ink. The toner I buy for my Canon All-in-one printer leaves black ink on my hands specially when I make copies of photos.
The last ink I bought for my HP Photomart printer do not print properly as it does not recognize that a new ink have been placed and when I make color copies it come out with a lot of blue.”
“After replacing a toner cartridge, I saw several black lines showing on the copied paper. I did shake the cartridge horizontally and rotate several times to make sure powder s were spread evenly.

“Been attempting to get the correct drum for my Brother printer. First I ordered the incorrect drum per the person on the phone. She was very nice and helped order the "correct" drum.
When they arrived, they did not work and I kept getting error messages. I called and got a person who could not help, and was passed to a second person who tried to help,,,, sent instructions, etc. Did not work. I am returning for a full refund”
