“We bought this laser toner in November but just put it in our printer now, since we were using up old one. This does not print well, it is VERY light. I would be better to leave the old toner in. I am very unhappy with this product.”
“Seem to work ok in my Canon printer, although the individual cartridges were not marked with Cyan, Yellow, Magenta or Black on the cartridges, which would REALLY HELP installation. The only way to tell what color resides in which cartridge is by pulling off the protective tape, to see what color ink dust is on the tape, so then one knows where to install the cartridge. But once the "tape" is pulled off, you have to complete installation. BUT I guess that's why they're sold at a reduced cost.(?)”
“Toner cartridge did not fit, only went in half way and jammed. Heck of a time getting it back out, cartridge broke spilling ink. I will never buy these again. What a rip off.”
“I ordered two cartridges. One would not work at all as it just buzzed and stopped without printing any paper. The prior cartridge had worked fine. I inserted II cartridge I received and while it does work, print pages, the machine grinding noise of it turning is almost unbearable. I have ordered items from your store in the past and have always been satisfied. This experience will keep me from ordering in the future. I would return the cartridges but it is more trouble than it is worth.”
