“Placed orders for two different types of cartridge for my office computer. Received exact same style cartridge each time--neither compatible. While I was very satisfied with previous orders for my home printer, I am unable to access refund instructions on website for these past two orders and am unable to return incompatible products.”
“The toner came with no ink to copy with. I just threw the whole cartridge out. Chaulked it up to bait and compromise of these dubious companies that prey on the internet. Never go back and will bad mouth this company when I can.”
“The product for my Xerox Phaser made smudges over EVERYTHING; the printer would constantly read an error that the cartridge was out when it wasn't, so I would have to take it out and put it back in every 6-7 times printing something; and it only "lasted" a month and a half, when the Xerox brand lasts for months.”
