“After about 5 months and 150 copies, All four of the toner cartridges started streaking the copies and then spewing toner all through the machine. I ended up having to through out the printer I installed the cartridges in.”
“The cartridge arrived promptly.
The issue I have is that the printer will work one time (or more) then I get a message cartridge not recognized. I simply have to pull it then repeat it”
“For the most part, they have worked well, but I keep having an issue with the yellow cartridges. In a previous set the new Yellow did not work at all, I kept getting an error that my machine did not read the connection to the new yellow cartridge. I ordered a new one from you and it worked for a while. I noticed that the colors were off, so I check all the ink levels. They all showed 50% or more, but when I printed a test color bar, the yellow did not show up. So I got one yellow that did not work at all and the second yellow stopped printing even though it showed it had over 50% still available.
Overall I am pleased with the cost of the set, but I keep having issues with the yellow. I have not asked for a refund or replacement...”
