“Installed cartridges per instructions (I've done it before) and ran a test page when finished. The page was totally BLACK with only a BLUE check mark faintly visible. Called HP, thinking it was a printer issue, but they said to call you for replacements.”

One can replace the toner cartridge all you want, but if the Drum Unit is worn out, it will Not accomplish anything.
